Daniel Olmo Carvajal is a Spanish attacking midfielder and winger who plays for Barcelona and the Spain national team. A product of Barcelona’s academy (La Masia), he joined at the age of nine from Espanyol. However, at 16, Olmo unexpectedly left Catalonia and in 2014 signed with Croatian club Dinamo Zagreb - a move that was considered risky at the time.
