Benjamin Šeško was born on May 31, 2003, in the Slovenian town of Radeče and is considered one of the most promising forwards in Europe.
He began his football journey in his hometown club, then progressed through the academies of Krško and Domžale, where he quickly attracted the attention of scouts. At the age of 16, he signed a contract with Red Bull Salzburg, after which he was sent to the feeder club Liefering, where he scored 22 goals in 44 matches.
In 2021, he made his debut for Salzburg's first team and won several league titles.
In 2023, he moved to RB Leipzig, where he became one of the key attacking players — scoring 39 goals over two seasons and setting a record for consecutive goals in the Bundesliga for his age.
