Moise Kean was born on February 28, 2000, in the Italian city of Vercelli to a family of Ivorian origin. As a child, he moved to Asti, where he began playing football and later joined the Juventus academy.
In 2016, he made his debut for Juventus' first team and became the first player born in 2000 to play in Serie A and the UEFA Champions League. Soon after, he also became the first player of his generation to score in one of Europe’s top five leagues.
